Take a Hint, Dani Brown by Talia Hibbert

After reading Get a Life, Chloe Brown I’ve been excited and a little nervous to read Take a Hint, Dani Brown by @taliahibbert . I always get a bit nervous reading a series especially when I’ve really enjoyed the first one so much. I picked this up yesterday morning, and flew through it. It’s another really fun, and steamy, read.

This time we meet Chloe’s sister Dani, a teacher at a university. She knows exactly what she wants; professional success, academic renown and a friend with benefits. What she doesn’t want is a relationship.

When sexy security guard, Zafir, rescues her from a fire drill the moment is captured by a student and the video goes viral. The new found fame is just what Zafir needs to get his charity work off the ground. The two decide to pretend to be a couple and I think you can probably guess what happens from there.

In Chloe Brown, Talia Hibbert introduced a character who was living with chronic illness and really shone a light on it. This time, one of the characters suffers with anxiety, a beast I also struggle with. It’s so good to see this in fiction as it will help people to understand what it’s like to have an anxiety disorder. It’s only touched on a little bit but she’s done it with sensitivity and humour which I loved.

Again like Chloe Brown this is a really fun and entertaining read. There are some really funny and sweet moments as well as some quite steamy scenes.

At a push, I’d say that Chloe Brown is my favourite so far but I still really enjoyed Dani’s story. Talia has a third book coming out next year about the third sister and I’ll definitely be reading that one too.

Have you read any of these yet? Which is your favourite sister so far?

Have a great day
