Greenwich Park by Katherine Faulkner

Last week at the #bloomsburynightin we were given the first chapters to all the books being previewed. I picked up Greenwich Park by @katherinefaulknerwrites, read the first chapter and just needed to know more, luckily for me I had also received a proof so I just kept on reading.
📖
See picture 2 for synopsis. The eagle-eyed among you will notice that I’ve typed “he” instead of “she”. This is why I shouldn’t do things late at night. Apologies for the confusion.
📖
Told from three points of view and with the timeline following the weeks of Helen’s pregnancy, Greenwich Park makes for a very dark and compelling read, it’s a brilliant debut thriller.
📖
The characters are really interesting and I wasn’t at all sure who I could trust until the last minute. I can’t really tell you too much about the characters as I don’t want to give anything away but it was interesting how I changed my opinions on a couple of them as the story progressed.
📖
It’s a clever plot and I really enjoyed the way she twisted it and kept me guessing throughout. I really liked the ending as well, it felt very satisfying.
📖
Greenwich Park by Katherine is out on 15 April and it’s definitely one I’d recommend. Thank you again to @bloomsburypublishing and @tandemcollectiveuk for the advanced copy, really enjoyed it and I can’t wait to see what she’ll write next.
